Modular Builds is a pioneering construction company that aims to overcome the UK housing crisis and struggles currently faced by the property development industry.

The success of Modular Builds is based on the construction method whereby houses are prefabricated in factories and assembled in a matter of weeks; thus reducing pollution impacts and build times. Less manpower, materials and hiring of machinery also means costs are heavily reduced and therefore properties are more affordable with a sale price of up to 30% below current market value.
What are Modular Homes?
Modular homes are prefabricated houses. What this means is that houses are manufactured by assembling various coating and wall materials on steel load bearing elements. The steel load bearing elements employed in the manufacturing, coating materials and any materials used on the building are priorly prefabricated; and thereafter, assembled at the location of the building.
The houses are constructed by connecting the ready-made wall panels with bolts and clinch system, known as a prefabricated building system.
